Therapy Solutions of Georgia Staff
From the beginning, TSG has been dedicated to providing patients with the highest level of therapy services available. Realizing that our success would be measured by the level of dedication and professionalism of the people we employ, we decided to build an internal team rather than contracting outside therapists. All TSG therapists are employees of the company, holding a master’s degree and licensed by the State of Georgia. By investing in our own employees, we’ve built a team of experienced therapists simply unmatched in the field.

Jamie Allen, M.S., OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Jamie is from south Alabama, and received her Bachelor’s in psychology from Troy University, and received her Master’s in occupational therapy from Alabama State University. She has 10 years of pediatric experience, including treating ASD, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, and sensory feeding. Jamie enjoys facilitating occupational therapy fieldwork students and supervising the occupational therapy staff. Jamie lives with her husband, Jeff, and their daughter, Hayden. They enjoy going on family adventures and exploring new towns.

Kelly Ball, M.Ed., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Kelly grew up in Martinsville, Virginia and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and her Master’s from the University of Georgia. Kelly has over 25 years of experience serving children with a variety of disorders. Kelly volunteers with the Georgia Speech-Language Hearing Association and has served in many roles including President. Kelly has also enjoyed volunteering on different committees with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. You can frequently find Kelly at the Georgia Capitol during the legislative session advocating for issues affecting speech-language pathologist s and their patients. When not at work, Kelly enjoys hiking, backpacking, traveling, and spending time with her husband Chris and her two sons Jacob and Carson.

Lucy Dexter, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Originally from Mississippi, Lucy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and her master’s degree from Mississippi University for Women. She is passionate about working with children and has clinical interests in pediatric feeding and swallowing, speech sound disorders, language disorders, and early intervention. In her free time, Lucy enjoys taking walks with her dog, spending quality time with family and friends, and unwinding with her favorite TV shows and movies.

Alicia Jurkiewicz
Practice Administrator
Originally from the Great Lakes region, Alicia was born and raised in Michigan. She has called Georgia home for the past 12 years, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a medical receptionist. Over the years, she has supported practices in various specialties including Pediatrics, Neurology, and Ophthalmology, and she also has valuable experience in hospital medical billing. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Together, they love traveling back to Michigan, exploring Georgia’s scenic parks and trails, and watching their children grow and thrive.

Amy McGregor
Practice Administrator
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Amy attended University of Louisville and graduated from Professional Healthcare Institute of America with Coding and Medical Terminology Certifications. Amy has been working in administrative roles in the medical community for over 20 years with management, medical scheduling, and advisory roles to medical practices. She enjoys working directly with insurance and getting authorizations needed for children to receive the services they need with our facility. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their dog Ace

Sarah McKinney, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Originally from Prattville, Alabama, Sarah earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Auburn University. She has a strong passion for helping children communicate and her clinical interests include augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), early intervention, and speech sound disorders. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, crafting, and spending quality time with her family.

Adel Mendoza, M.Ed., CF-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Adel Mendoza was born and raised in Flowery Branch, Georgia. She was homeschooled from 1st-12th grade. She is a mother of one and absolutely adores motherhood. She also enjoys attending church, spending time with family & friends, listening to music, going to festivals, shopping, and trying new restaurants and coffee places. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education in August 2021 and later her Master of Education in May 2025 both in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Georgia. She was inspired to pursue the field of speech language pathology due to her deep desire to help others as much as possible every day. She has special interests in the field including pediatric feeding therapy and brain injury. She looks forward to working with each and every client and getting to know every family!

Chandria Person, M.Ed., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Chandria grew up in a military family and considers Lawton, Oklahoma and Columbus, Georgia her hometowns. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Psychology, as well as her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, from the University of Georgia. Her graduate research focused on early identification of dyslexia, reflecting her passion for supporting children’s literacy from an early age.Chandria has 8 years of clinical experience working with children and adults. In pediatrics, she has supported children with early language development, autism, speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, and fluency. She is especially passionate about helping children build strong communication and literacy skills and believes in partnering closely with families to support each child’s success. Outside of work, Chandria enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, going for walks, and trying out new bakeries and coffee shops.

KC Richerson, M.S., CF-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Originally from Brookhaven, Georgia, she received her bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College (Notre Dame, IN) and her master’s degree from Jacksonville University. She has a strong background working with children as both a teacher’s aide and caregiver, and is especially passionate about helping children with ASD, AAC, articulation, and speech sound disorders. In her free time, she enjoys painting, baking, and staying active with tennis and Pilates.

Kelly Sanderson, M.Ed., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Kelly was raised and currently resides in Dacula, GA. She received her Bachelor’s from Georgia State University and her Master’s from University of West Georgia. Her areas of clinical interest include early Intervention, play-based therapy, and the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community. Kelly fell in love with the field of speech-language pathology after accompanying her mother to therapy sessions while assisting in her recovery from a brain aneurysm. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, playing guitar and drums, reading Stephen King novels, and playing Animal Crossing.
